Our return and exchange policy allows you to initiate a return or exchange within 3 days of the product delivery date. Please ensure you record a video while opening the parcel, as this is a requirement for processing returns. Without the uncut video, we won't be able to accept the return. For customers outside of India, note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.
